What is the Virtix Satisfaction Guarantee?
Virtix will refund the full purchase price of any product purchased at our website at virtix.com if the customer is not completely satisfied with that product. In order to be eligible for the refund, the customer must notify support@virtix.com within 14 days of the purchase and confirm that all copies of the software purchased by the customer have been erased.
If Virtix changes the terms of the Virtix Satisfaction Guarantee in the future, customers will still be eligible for a refund under the terms specified at the time of purchase.
This policy is effective as of August 1, 2002.
