Color Offset
This effect separates the red, green, and blue channels of the video.
Sliders
Red - Controls the amount of offset for the red channel.
Green - Controls the amount of offset for the green channel.
Blue - Controls the amount of offset for the blue channel.
Usage
Can be used to make interesting abstract effects. (Note: In OS X, the point-picker can be used to change the direction of the offset as well.)
