Color Filter
Tints the entire image to the selected color.
Sliders
Red - Controls the amount of Red.
Green - Controls the amount of Green.
Blue - Controls the amount of Blue.
Usage
This effect changes the image to black & white, then maps the selected color to the white areas. This can make an image, for instance, "black and red" or "black and blue."
