Zoom
The Zoom effect allows the user to zoom in on a portion of the clip.
Sliders
Zoom - This controls the Zoom factor of the effect.
X & Y - Define the center of the portion of the image to be enhanced. (In iMovie 2.1.1 and higher, the X and Y values are set by picking a point in the small preview window.)
Usage
This effect can also be used for "cropping" or cutting out undesired portions of an image, leaving just the good parts. This effect is optimized to look best when output to a DV tape or a television, and may look slightly fuzzy on your computer screen in iMovie.
