Sparkle By Color
The Sparkle By Color effect applies sparkles to a given color.
Sliders
Red - Specifies the proportion of red in the one color that sparkles.
Green - Specifies the proportion of green in the one color that sparkles.
Blue - Specifies the proportion of blue in the one color that sparkles.
Usage
While this effect can produce interesting results when used on any footage, it is most effective if footage is shot with this effect in mind.
