Sparkle
The Sparkle effect adds sparkles to the moving portion of an image.
Sliders
Amount - Amount of sparkles.
Concentration - Controls the degree of concentration of the sparkles.
Size - Controls the size of each sparkle.
Usage
The Sparkle effect is best on footage that is shot with a camera which is set on a tripod. Since it applies sparkles wherever motion is detected, if the camera moves, the whole images may be counted as being "in motion."
If the concentration parameter is set to its highest setting, a sparkle will be placed on every pixel in motion, but be prepared for the effect to slow down quite a bit. Setting the concentration parameter lower will yield much faster speed.
